My favourite pharmacy use to use the app from a different provider, it was easy-to-use, straight to the point. The one from gesund.de is simply to much information on the screen, I use the app to send my prescription and even I have use the app several times, it still takes ages to get it done, and now after logging in, taken foto and selected my pharmacy I'm getting the error msg... asking to restart the app,I restarted, I even took it down and reloaded,same issue, I hope for improvement

App crashes frequently -so becomes a 10-minute-issue a ½-hour-piffle! Also; at least one apothecary is missing on their map/database -adding another 15 minutes by having to walk to another one ½ km away! Further; this app is slow like a tortoise. (My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21 with Android 15!)

Diese App Braucht viele Verbesserungen weil ich hatte gewartet eine besser User experience als gibt in Realität. Was nervt die meiste ist keine Preis zum Bestellung Produkten. And today (12/02/2022) when i open the app it says I need to update it but there is no update in the Google play store. Really bad use experience!

I can't reset my password, email don't arrive after 5 times clicking on reset my password... Please fix it, or test it before you release the app.
