You can now connect to multiple devices (PRO version only), but only to different models, and only from 3 manufacturers. Connects reliably, and unlike some DM apps you can edit/delete entries (essential for any personal healthcare app). Minuses - it says connected to the Google Fit app and data is imported but it doesn't appear to be imported TO anywhere. And only 6 meters listed (from 3 manufacturers) out of dozens, that will connect. If you don't have one of these the app is useless to you.

I absolutely 💯% love it! Please note that the Accu-Chek Guide meter will not automatically synch with your phone after a blood sugar test. On the meter, after the blood test, you'll need to scroll through some options and push the "OK" button. Then, the meter will synch with your cellphone. Impressive, the amount of other information that you can submit with the mySugr app. Daily body weights, blood pressure, and more. You can also photograph the food you eat and include that.

Suddenly the app requested password verification. Entered my email, switched to my email app to get the code, went to switch back to this app and it took the switch as an enter key and errored. Tried it again and it did the same. I had to find another device to check my email, tried a third time using the second device to get the verification code, and was successful. Using a Samsung phone.

I've been using mySugr for over a decade. I was forced to update mySugr today and create an Accu-Chek account in order to sign in. Once I did that, mySugr appeared to import my data, but upon closer examination, everything I logged since Sept. 4, 2025 (8 months' worth) is missing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, signed out and back in several times, but the data is still missing. If you're considering various blood sugar logbook apps, don't use mySugr because you might lose all your data.

I adored this app to allow me somewhere readable to store my blood sugars. It has now forced me to create an account and link it to an account for my meter so that I can "share" the data with people I don't need or want to share it with. The only other option was to delete the account and my years of data. VERY intrusive. I hope I can find a replacement for this app.
