The app itself is fine, does what it needs to do. has issues on occasion force closing and what not but all in all alright. biolife as a company is the issue, mainly the debit cards. I donated yesterday evening and here the following morning I've still not been paid. apparently the whole system crashed. finally after a 30 min hold and wading through the bs to finally find a number, and that automated nonsense. was told id be paid by mid ight that night at the latest. never happened.

I use this app almost everyday to see how much money I can get and whether I want to go give plasma that day or if it would be better to do it another day that fits with my schedule. so I'm almost always on this app and I can't log in anymore. the app has crashed? it has decided not to let me log in anymore with the second security option. it's also not sending that to my email. so I don't know what to do anymore. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it several times and changed my password.

Ever since the last update, the 2 factor identification doesn't send the code to my email. I now have no way to log in, and they have no customer support. Basically, I can't do anything with the app right now. Very frustrating. Besides the app, everyone at the Mesquite location are awesome.

After being forced to do the recent update I can no longer login. i reset my password, but despite multiple attempts at requesting the email verification token I never receive it. I've waited hours checked and rechecked my inbox,spam and trash folders and nothing. Since I can't complete the verification it won't let me log in, please fix. update! perhaps I was being impatient, after a day or so the email verification token was sent immediately as intended. account verified good to go again.

I don't know where to even start, but here it goes. Received a new update to the app and certain things stop working. Having a hard time logging in. I'm using the same password. Also, this happens on the website. Sometimes I can't even schedule an appt, change or cancel. This didn't happen at all before. Also, the deposits would take longer to be applied to the account. I started having issues with the prepaid card. Reached out about it. Seems like they've changed many things for the worst
