The app is supposed to save your information, but it deletes it with every use, and you e d up having to reenter your information and refill paperwork. It also is hit and miss on checking in. Found it to be more of a hassle than a help, especially when you're not feeling well, and trying to be efficient. Makes you e ter your cell phone number each time you exit the app, and have to have a security code sent to you. Was just an annoying hassle

Getting my appointment was so easy. I know what time works best for me and I can look at the appointments available and book the appointment with no hassles. I have had problems before with receptionist who are there to be helpful, but instead of being treated kindly I have often had to put up with ill treatment just so I don't tick them off and end up with an appointment the total opposite of what I asked for. So I say THANK YOU SOLV !!!!! SO SIMPLE AND EASY 😊

Every time I logged into the app, I have to re-enter my insurance. this means searching my phone for my saved insurance cards since they are virtual. What should take less than 2 minutes to set up an appt now takes 5 and then you lose out on an appt time. If you lose out on a virtual time, and click on the date to choose a different time, it tells you no times are available.

Very easy to use but the AI chat bot can't answer anything other than the preloaded suggestions u tap and u can't access support from all pages. Other than that it's easy to navigate and find what u need to and no confusing extras to get lost when u aren't sure if ur in the right tabs. Simple and straight forward even for the old timers..... Maybe....

My first experience with this app left me rather annoyed. I originally selected my local NextCare clinic, but when I chose a time, it selected a clinic 30 minutes away and I didn't realize. It never asked me for my location, so I ended up having to cancel that appointment and do a walk-in at the local one, which defeated the purpose of downloading this app. Frustrating, especially when you are sick!
