DO NOT USE THIS APP! I had gone to 2-3 psychiatry appointments. I was prescribed multiple medications you can't quit cold turkey, and a day before my appointment that I was counting on to get refills since I am running out, they decided they no longer take my insurance. No notification, nothing, I had to figure this out because there app suddenly showed no insurance and I had to contact support. Now, I am left scrambling to find a psychiatrist who takes my insurance and attempt to get refills.

This app will charge YOU $200+ when it freezes and crashes! I used the app gor almost three years and never missed or was late to an appointment. One day, I went to log in for my appointment and the app kept crashing before I could log in (right at the welcome screen.) I finally restarted my phone and was able to log in, only for the appointment to be gone on my dash so I couldn't log in. I contacted customer support immalediately and was told I was just SOL and was charged $202. DO NOT USE!!

This may be harsher than a typical critique. I had scheduled an appointment with a provider 8 days in advance, scheduled to take the time off, and it magically got cancelled with no rhyme or reason. Support said they were unable to see the original appointment and suggested I reschedule later, which isn't a criticism, but the effort it took to take leave at work in the first place for what seems like doctors who don't care to keep appointments is enough for me to write this review.

I logged in, did the check in progress, waited in the virtual waiting room for over an hour, then when I received a notification that I was ready to be seen, I immediately clicked the notification only to be brought back to the home screen and no way to join the meeting/appointment, now I'm going to be charged a fee because the app glitched out and I'll have to argue with customer service about it to get my money back, what a joke. Feels like I got scammed.

I have had multiple providers cancel within a few hours of my appointment. I scheduled with a provider for couples therapy only to find out that they dont do it and have told the platform multiple times that they don't. The mental health assessments only come up at scheduling, which may not be appropriate if your appointment is more than 2 weeks away. I wish my insurance covered another app for Healthcare services.
