The new app shouldn't track our location with "always on." I use Android and I'm uninstalling the app, then installing it on the Android "work profile" instead, because the work profile can be disabled, and I leave my work profile disabled almost all the time. AI can teach you how to setup apps in a separate work profile. I don't actually use the work profile for my employment, but it is useful in order to have a separate place to install apps, and you can turn it on only periodically, on an

You have to be a donor at Octapharma, I go to the Santa Fe springs store. Easy to use easy to see your history of donations and payments and easy to see your suggested days to donate. Track your next payments, track your prepaid card balances on the app. No need to call for balance or deposit. Use card in most businesses including online merchants. Though, some franchises do not accept prepaid cards on online purchases you can though use it at the counter swipe machine. Great app to track items.

This app doesn't work well, and it's infuriating. It does not recognize my email. It won't allow me to sign in. I thought that maybe I was mistaken about the email that I used, but I went into my email and saw all my octapharma emails within the email that I listed. I stupidly uninstalled the old app and cannot access it any further for obvious reasons. This needs to be fixed. I'm not only concerned about being able to recognize my spending, but my points that I have accumulated as well.

i don't like yall asking for my location. how about you get new machines so I can get out faster. I don't even do the questions until im there so it dont matter. weirdos. I think its creepy. THE WAIT TIME WOULD BE LOWER WITH NEW MACHINES. AND YOU ONLY HAVE ONE KIOSK AT MY LOCATION WHICH IS STUPID. THAT'S NOT GIVING PEOPLE REAL OPTIONS. THATS DO AS I SAY OR NOT. Since yall got software update and machine money how about giving back to the donors!

this is the worst place to donate at, they don't honor the rewards program at all they lie to you about things and are super slow, I wouldn't recommend this place for my worst enemy!
