Easy one stop shop for all of your employment needs! I filled out the required forms and was almost immediately hired on a short contract. The site is super easy to navigate and has a huge variety of jobs to choose from. Recommend reading the reviews on the employer and pay attention! When you sign a contract, you definitely want a great company with communication and skills!! I've contracted with one who wasn't so great. However, Vivian did an amazing job on their side!

Needs Updates. (Elaborating...) 1st, there’s a significant lag throughout the app. After viewing job postings from a selected search, the notification indicator takes too long to clear when returning to the home screen. 2nd, the Daily Matches section does not update correctly. When selecting “Not Interested” on matches, those jobs still remain in the queue. 3rd, Not being able to delete conversations, not just archive them. 4th, waiting 24 hours to request a new recruiter.

Deceptive. The companies post high paying contracts and then when you say you are interested and get to talking with them, here comes the "after double checking I see our rates aren't correct and it's actually this" and it is significantly lower than what the posting says. This has happened with 3 different companies and the fact that they are allowed to do this is infuriating. This app is deceptive and do not believe the pay on the posts! Always double check because it is never what it says.

Unable to report unscrupulous recruiters , the reporting system just pulses and never submits. You end up canceling just to get out of it. So, in essence, reporting complaints is impossible. How convenient. The app sucks, takes way too long to load jobs, making it seem like it's hung up. I'm getting harassed by recruiters from Lancesoft, they won't leave me alone even though I never contacted them. Be very wary.

Does not work. This app freezes up and crashes, nonstop, almost instantly. You can not fill out your profile or type a response to recruiter messages without it freezing and or crashing. Its nearly impossible to use as it barely operates at all. Could be phenomenal, it just needs to be capable of functioning properly. Lots of agencies, recruiters and jobs, very poor functionality. The idea is brilliant and much needed.
