Great app. I love how easy it makes it to get in touch with the clinic to order medicine or ask questions. And I love that it allows staff to update me on my pets condition with pictures. Eta: if there was one thing I could suggest it would be to have an option to "archive" past pets, as I'm too soft to be able to delete a profile. maybe an option to add wings to the pet profile?

incredibly convenient if you are phoning for a general appointment. if it was an emergency then I would ring the surgery straight away. being given that choice I strongly agree with. You don't know what's happening at the vets. they could be under a lot of pressure. The app is very easy to use

It was struggling to confirm the profile photo I was trying to set, pressing the tick mark in the upright corner was just not working. Additionally I'd like to add my co-parent on the app, not just me, how can we set this up? edit: now I've messaged the vets, they didn't answer all my questions, closed the chat, now I can't start a new chat. I clicked on start new chat and it goes straight to the closed chat with no option to chat again. Super frustrating this whole app. I called the vets now.

Excellent professional service from Estcourt vets. Our Dashhound is a bit of a handful but is looked after with amazing care. He's only 6 months but already been saved by estcourt emergency service as he had eaten a small plastic sticker. Can not praise the team enough.

This app is so easy to use and they have great staff at Riverside Vets everyone is happy and nothing is a problem its so easy to contact your vets via the message service and they respond super quick
