This Anxiety Test is designed to help you evaluate the severity of your anxiety with just seven simple questions. This app uses the Generalized Anxiety Questionnaire (GAD-7), an empirically-based, self-test questionnaire. It is also sensitive for other anxiety disorders as well such as specific phobia, panic disorder, and social phobia. These disorders generally respond positively to treatment, so it is important to seek treatment if you are concerned about your mental health. I wasn't expecting much and somehow I was still let down. There are many different types of anxiety, and to say I 'may have minor anxiety' that 'isnt likely to impact my life heavily' (you are incorrect) and to also offer no useful information besides external links makes this app a pointless waste of time and data

I think the test is too surface issue oriented. Also a person can easily manipulate the test. Not enough probing questions.

well I do go to mental health and I've been diagnosed with PTSD and high anxiety disorder. test is fairly accurate

If anyone cares to read I was diagnosed with severe anxiety from very young age and still have it and for this to say I have Minor anxiety is crazy it is hard for me to do a lot of normal things like talking or even look at something or someone or doing things because I'm worried I'm going to mess up
