Only worked once out of several times I have used it. when doctors send me a message prior to the appointment, I can't see it or action it and then eventually the request just disappears and I miss out on my appointment. perhaps it is better for those with better health than me but the service should be usable for all.

The service itself may be fine, but I don't understand the point of having an app when it doesn't keep you logged in. Every time I open it, I have to enter my email address, wait for a login link, and then it redirects me to a website anyway. If I need a certificate, I then have to verify my phone number and enter an SMS code as well. The whole process feels unnecessarily cumbersome. People generally use apps because they're more convenient than websites, but this app seems to add extra steps.

Everything was going great until I was unable to access the medication that was included in my subscription. The app and website makes it very difficult to access help. I was put back through to a GP (wasting his time) but he did send a request for customer support to contact me. 7 days past and not help. I found an email which I contacted. They gave me a few things to try and if my issue wasn't resolved I was told to email back. It didn't work, I emailed back and 3 days later, still no reply.

Has been great for a long while. Easy to use, quick replies and reliable. however, it seems there has been a change to the subscription recently that wasn't communicated effectively where prescriptions are no longer included, thus making the subscription useless for me. such a shame.

really great, a win for parents used multiple times over a period where my kid was sick, then I got sick. Best use when you've been up all night and finally pass out the docs can review your case while you sleep and they will reach out if more information is needed.
