The app is great. Easy to use, integrates well with google calendar and wallet, with only a few little layout issues. Would be great to prominently show how low long between appointments so we don't have to go hunting for a FAQ or post about it. Maybe a "next appointment suggestion". based on our last appointments. Also any current urgent demands (eg A+ is getting low) so we can be guided to donate blood or plasma.

Useful for making and checking appointments, not a whole lot more. Not a fan of the app automatically changing the screen brightness to brightest possible when it assumes it is appropriate. I would rather manually adjust if and when I actually need to. Had not been syncing to calendar for several updates now.

I've never had an issue with the app. It makes booking, cancelling or rescheduling donations very easy. It will let you know what locations are available, whether it's a donor bus or a donation centre. It also keeps track of your last donation so you know when you are allowed to donate next. Don't be a wuss.. download the app and book your donation now! I dare ya..

Does all you need it to do and has plenty of useful info and resources in or linked in it. Recent improvements to app especially in regards to ease of booking with multiple bookings, book with a friend etc are nice new additions.

edit: called to make another booking as I couldn't do it via the app. Whomever I spoke to booked in my next 10 appointments and raised a help ticket for the issue I was having. The lifeblood IT team responded promptly and within 2 replies the problem has been rectified. Thank you Can't log in. The latest update asks me for my donor number and birthday, which I supply, and it then says 'it looks like an account already exists. please log in'
