Sheetz Food Delivery & Rewards

There are basic functions that don't work, some of which are the nature of Sheetz, some are just poor workmanship on the app. (1) You can't customize very well. My main order is coffee, but most customization options are non-existent within Sheetz. This has been an issue for years, but they lag behind and make it impossible to order what you want on the app. (2) Gift card redemption doesn't work. It says it isn't connected when you try to use that function.

I like the app. Just disappointed that you feel the need to not give all my discounts because I won't pay on the app. I am coming into the store and getting more then my food and so I just want to have one transaction instead of 2 or 3 smaller ones. And you feel the need to penalize me for that. what a disappointment.

lost over $60, ordered food at the wrong location because app changed from my favorite location. I'm not allowed to cancel orders. I've also on multiple occasions not received drinks, when I go inside they say its out of stock and I can't get a refund unless I call someone. no one has time to call, so we just don't trust you anymore. Also I haven't been able to check in for curbside orders.

Not sure when, but I have been trying to update a payment method, but the add new payment method has a prompt that keeps popping up saying "Something Went Wrong, please try and again." The same prompt keeps popping up. Otherwise, I love the app and use it consistently when getting fuel.

Your app is not working well with Google Pay. I have multiple cards listed on my Google pay but it only allows me to pick the main one (virtual card) and the others all say 'Not available for this merchant'. Every.Single.card besides the virtual one. The reason I know it's the Sheetz app is because I have used it multiple times on other apps and other online platforms especially and it has worked just fine when I switched from using one card to another. Just this app.
