food is great ( 90% of the time, occasionally depending on either who assemble the order or how busy they are they tend to be stingy with sauce and toppings). The app needs some more work. It has improved since they last updated it. They worked out the kinks with customizing orders but I had issues with redeeming points when placing an order in the app for pickup.

Fees. Old website was great. New website has fees. Be careful the app is fine but they add on an app or web fee. I am saving them money by not ordering at the counter as they have to hire fewer staff. On top of it they are going to charge me extra to place an order online that I am picking up. I have not placed an online order since I found out. Fee for delivery is one thing but a fee for just using your app is ridiculous

Glitches ALL THE TIME, takes forever to order anything, and has repeatedly erased my coupons before I can even use them. Apparently, management at the locations I've gone to have mentioned the plethora of issues to technical support and nothing is being done. I often find it too difficult to order even when I want McAllister's, so I can't imagine what users who are only partially keen on the food feel when they try to order. Really needs improvement, and really needs to be a more pertinent issue for the company.

This app for their reward system is pointless. It worked for awhile but there have been no rewards for months. When you show the code, rarely do you get the acceptance note. So is it really registering. It has become more of a burden. You have to log onto their wifi and when they're busy, it's cumbersome. I spend a lot of money here, dining 3-4 times a week. The punch cards were more effective.

The app has a decent interface and menu selections work well, but the app cannot complete an order. The last three times I tried to order, I get to the checkout, put in payment info, and it sits and cycles forever. Try again, fail, tray again, rinse and repeat. Once in a while there will be a failure message, but usually you just have to kill the app. Don't bother trying to use it, order in-store instead.
