Used to be great, but as some of the latest negative reviews, I am now getting "You can't login the app right" so unable to use it. This is an issue when trying to log into the app, so make sure whatever you do, don't log out or delete the app data. If you are already logged, this is not an issue. Tested this on multiple devices.

It's not much use and a lot of the reviews don't even mention the app but their delivery driver. No push notifications so you have to constantly look at the app. Information is unreliable and will say delivery on its way and coming in about an hour then after rushing home it will say unable to make delivery and will try next working day and this might or might not happen and often does not.

Very good app design, works flawlessly. Only downside is that tracking updates are very delayed, in terms of app notifications, and evri does not tell you what date they expect to delivery your parcel. normally it's either next day after they get it or the day after that. still there should be a expected delivery date so that customers can make the necessary arrangements in order to be home for the delivery.

Since June 14th, the app has said my parcel is "out for delivery." Shortly after, it changed to saying it's back in their warehouse and that they'll notify me when it's delivered — that message is still dated June 14th. I've called multiple times and each time they say they'll "investigate," but it's now July 4th and my parcel still hasn't arrived. My biggest issue is the complete lack of human contact — their phone system relies on AI, so it's impossible to actually speak to someone.

The ap works OK most of the time, but for UK addresses only, annoyingly. The tracking is OK, better than most, but it can be ambiguous sometimes. The 'Esri' helpline bot is very limited and tends to leave you no better off if you have a problem. The actual delivery service has improved greatly and has become much more reliable, certainly better than its main competitors.
