Issues with this app. takes forever to start my vehicle and lately is won't read fuel levels accurately. I can fill the tank and it will show the gas level at 5% and 57 miles left. Refreshing or reinstalling the app does not fix the problem. only thing I like is that if I use the app to start the car it turn on the heated seats, which is really nice during the winter.

For 13 months I've cursed the MyChevrolet app. Slow, unreliable, countless errors, etc. Last week I stood beside my car and used the app to unlock it. The process easily took 3 to 4 minutes. With all my vehicle software updated this week, unlocking took just under one minute tonight. On Android, the MyGMC app is a newer version than MyChevrolet. With that app installed, unlocking the car took less than 10 seconds. MyGMC is version 7.6.0 in the Play Store. I've switched apps!

Here I am one year later and my original review still works perfectly: I keep having the problem where the app randomly decides to no longer update the charge status of my car. It says it's updating for a minute or so but then gives up and shows the charge level from days ago. I can still see the car's location and control things like the door locks and lights but the charge level doesn't update.

I have had the app for 3 days with my new Chevy. On day 2, my tire pressure was low and the app noted it. All good, right? Well, the tire pressure is fine but the app won't update. Still shows low. I don't get it. edit: I had already refreshed it multiple times (see below). I sent the email as requested. Their instructions were to uninstall and reinstall, which I did 3 times. I emailed them back. No response. The problem is still there so I dropped my review a star.

Updating from 1 to 3 stars after the prompt developer response and an updated app. The app works now, though it's sluggish and has crashed a couple of times, though I can restart after a few seconds. It has omissions... cannot set max charge for the vehicle (blames the charger?) whereas I can on the dashboard. I haven't tried all features, like radio presets or remote start. My closing words remain: GM depending on a flawed app for "onboarding" contributed to a terrible purchase experience.
