**UPDATE** Needed to update my rating as the issue with logging in has been fixed. I like the app I just wish that there was a way to save offers I'm interested in using but not at that time. Can't log in since the last update. When I go on the app I always have to re-register and when it asks if business or personal right at the end it gives me an error message and I can't complete

The app is such a nightmare to work with. It is prone to random log outs. I can have last logged in a week ago, used it the day before, and it will log me out the next day. It's also not optimised the best. Anything that isn't the home or offers page can and will struggle to load. Bonus issue: What's the point of trying to get me to interact with all these "Partner" companies if the link provided is always broken? And forces me to my browser, where I have to log in again again.

Since having the app I have been asked to log in three times in a few months. Every time it tells me my password is incorrect. It is not. Each time I just have to wait until it decides my password is correct and suddenly I can sign in. This can be days at a time. Been in store today and again missed out on personalised offers due to this error.

update - standard response "sorry to hear blah blah please use the generic contact us page" No I won't, just stop having a rubbish app! terrible! walked around getting my shopping in Sainsbury's picking up offers, before going to the checkout I tried to log in and it wouldn't work. clicking to register just fails every time. Customer Service at the store said they couldn't do anything so I just walked out and left my trolley.

This app randomly logs you off. Logging back in never seems to work. It just shows a black screen and never loads. You need to take a screenshot of your barcode and keep this at all times to be able to enjoy the Nectar prices. There's also no option to get digital receipts, which would be a great feature (which other shops offer).
