Very bad experience with the app. No way to contact them. Their dumb bot doesn't connect us with the customer service and apparently company does not want us to contact them for help. I was charged incorrectly and now there's no way to contact and report! The contact form doesn't do anything. You can type whatever you want in it but doesn't submit. And that page is not even translated in English.

Can't login since a few hours ago. This is totally blocker and besides this, no way to contact support by phone. I wouldn't give not even a star, but I don't have this option. Today 05 Febr again "service unavailable" since a few hours ago ... 5 July - the app loads forever and I can not see my account balance. Why is this not getting fixed? the app is useless in this state

useless after phone replacement . My phone died and I had to replace it. 8 can't register now because for 2 days, the SMS with the code never comes. customer service told me to reinstall the app, but the issue is the same. very disappointed. but there has to be a better way to register it, if something simple as a SMS code doesn't work.

unnecessary pin and biometric forced login. now when I try to disable the biometric it log me out automatically even it has a button that said disable biometric. lots of bugs in the app. I guess nobody bother to test it plus, you can not add your own credit card to pay online with wolt what exceed 14 euro, even the online eden red app says you can.

When closing the application, one always realizes again that the last, closing, step is impossible to perform unless, having failed to exit the application, one decides to force its termination in a more complicated way - throwing it away from a group of started applications - namely after jumping out from among the application.
