The DPD app lets you arrange the best possible delivery experience. Just tell us how and where to deliver from the range of options available and we’ll do the rest. Personal delivery preferences - if you’re not going to be in, you can use the DPD app to make sure you can still receive your parcels. Tell us to deliver straight to your chosen DPD Pickup location or, to your chosen neighbour or safe place. You select your preferences and we’ll make sure we follow your instructions every time! 30-minute delivery alerts - we don’t want you to wait in all day so with all your DPD deliveries, we’ll let you know in advance when to expect delivery and when we are just 30 minutes away. Active and previous deliveries - using your DPD app you can see a list of current deliveries and track when your parcels will be with you. When we’ve delivered to your chosen safe place we’ll even send you photos of your parcel in that location for added peace of mind you. Multiple addresses - set your work, home, or even family member’s address preference, so you can tailor your delivery experience and still get your deliveries, wherever you are in the UK. Driver tracking - see the name and a picture of your driver or why not track their location and find out where you are in the delivery queue. See your driver's estimated arrival time so you know when to expect your parcel. In flight options - when we’re on our way to you, if your plans change you can still rearrange your delivery right up until we deliver your parcel. You can instruct our driver to deliver on a different day, to a preferred neighbour, to a safe place or even to one of our 2,500 DPD Pickup shops. Pickup shops - if you’re collecting your parcel from a nearby DPD Pickup shop, get opening hours, your pickup pass for collection and directions from your delivery address. ***Existing users Please note: Thinking of deleting our app? The latest version of the app is unuseable; When opened, I get a 'Find Out More' Splasch Screen. When I try to use my email to log in, the 'Next' button on the login screen is aligned with my phone's (Samsung Galaxy S24) Home button, which means I have to very careful to be able to press it. I get sent a link to verify my email address which sends me to my preferences; I cannot see any way to track a parcel! Please look into this.

Really disappointed with DPD’s service. My deliveries keep getting marked as “attempted” even though no one actually shows up. The app is completely useless — the chat box is stuck at the bottom of the screen, and the “Call Now” button never works. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with this over and over again. Definitely not a reliable courier service.

After entering my postcode a message is displayed stating 'Unfortunately we don't currently offer preferences in the selected area' and the next button is greyed out. So I can't even get into the app to track a delivery never mind get notifications. Seems a bit pointless. As far as the delivery service goes also poor. It was a large parcel so I picked a delivery day a few days later than the default to give plenty of time and took a day off work to be there when it arrived, it didn't arrive.

Your app is useless now. I can't log in with my email address because the 'NEXT' button is right along the bottom of the screen, meaning that everytime you try to progress with your password, you turn the app off. I got so frustrated trying to locate my missing parcel that I just deleted it. So now I can't track my parcels! Thanks DPD!!

Chats disappear; previous non-delivery tracking records disappear. No record of DPD cock-ups, only successful deliveries. Makes them seem efficient, but it's false. Their systems are the worst. Can't add instructions. Can't add photo from gallery, says something unintelligible about permissions that you can't change to suit. Totally non-serviceable app. The drivers take no notice of the info anyway. The sender is control, so as a recipient you can't change the options offered anyway. Pointless
