Good service, bad "app". The purchasing and stamp collection functionality is great - there are hiccups with the connection with some machines but mostly it's great. The app however, is terrible. As with most "apps" in Japan, it is not really an app but is essentially just a shortcut to a poorly-designed website that opens in a locked browser. The layout of campaigns is completely incoherent, and most of the time if you try to go back from any campaign, it will break, you must reopen.

Easy to use but some things need to be fixed. Walking challenge doesn't automatically start when I go out although already linked with the health app, vending machine map isn't reflecting the actual spot sometimes & 10 points from scanning items were gone when I tried correcting my data application for the lottery program promotion (which should only cost 5 points for 1 application).

Easy to use app with English language available (except for promotion campains). The best option for me is possibility to buy cashless. You can get drink tickets for purchases via the app or linked IC card. The connection with vending machines is sometimes unstable, and it is somewhat inconvenient to buy several drinks, as you need to reconnect to the machine. But overall a solid app.

Mostly good. But sometimes takes a while to connect properly and when it does it seems to say "connecting" forever. Sometimes I go ahead and make the purchase cause I don't have time to wait - this results in usually missed stamps (which is why I was using it in the first place!). Rather annoying. Please fix the connection issues or make them more reliable. The English available is also hit and miss meaning I can't always understand what the offer actually is.

maybe the most useless app ever, at least for my phone. takes minutes to connect, confusing interface, just poorly designed overall
