This app works, but only for small amounts. If you do "comply energy, insurance, etc.", you'll wait many months, and most likely never see your money. I've been waiting for eight months and I probably won't get anything. If you want to change energy or insurance providers, it's better to use other websites. Waiting time on other sites is up to several weeks.

Don't bother. I have cashbacks going back five months that still haven't been paid. £0 balances for several online supermarket shops when I actually spent at least £50 each time. Several cashbacks also declined. Since I've been using it, I've made less than £5! As soon as I can cash out, I'm uninstalling. Total waste of time and effort!

Only recently started using this app again, I made 3 purchases, all 3 failed & provided no cashback at all & now I've been put into a system of waiting 3 months to see what the retailer says that I'll probably never hear back from. Waste of time. Edit - Your link is a waste of time. 3/3 failed, rather than attempt & fail to provide support after the fact, just make sure it works in the first place.

Keeps transactions on hold for months, then rejects them. Absolute waste of time. Every single transaction I made over £1-£2 followed the exact rules and tracked via the app, only to sit on hold for months. After waiting all that time, they were completely rejected with zero explanation.It seems this platform only pays out for tiny, insignificant amounts. The moment you try to get cashback on anything of real value, your tracked purchases just stay stuck and get declined. Incredibly unreliable

The one really decent cashback I've ever claimed (£115) was refused by Samsung as they asserted that I hadn't gone to them directly - even though TopCashback said they could see it. What a shock. I have to make a manual claim for every single purchase I make as they never log automatically. I'm really not sure it's worth the effort anymore, for 86p here and there. Edit - I'm quite well aware of how the tracking is supposed to work, thank you very much, Raybot; the problem is that it doesn't.
