Too complex to set up, not intuitive. So far it worked fine (I was charged for the paid section, not charged for anything else) despite many false warnings. The bizarre part is that long after each use I receive, by paper post (!), an unnecessary 'proof of payment'. I still have not discovered if this setting could be changed (neither I know how to change other settings).

Absolute. Horror. I have never ever experienced such terrible account set up. Ever. You can't even do it on the app, you are being transferred to a Polish website. I've spent HOURS figuring out how it works just to find out that apparently putting in the confirmation code doesn't confirm the account yet. Filing a help ticket is a pain too and then I am told I HAVE TO GO A PHYSICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE FACILITY WITH AN ID TO CONFIRM THE ACCOUNT. HOW?? BY TOLLED ROADS?? SERIOUSLY???

Poland is the only country in Europe making holiday makers towing caravans so difficult. We are towing caravan with standard car registered as Euro 6 but for some reasons there algorytm Ai system is not accepting it thinking that we are just large vehicle like one of those large lorries. App very confusing and mission impossible to fill in all of the details... Why not making it simple for drivers from abroad and implementing simple vignette? We waisted a lot of our time to sort this out.

the worst application for private user. Constantly kicking me out, changing my vehicle category for more expensive despite attached documents! not only it is ridiculous to pay that kind of money for using my camper but the app itself need a lot of work on

I find this application extremely difficult to use. Honestly, it feels easier to learn how to operate an airplane cockpit than to figure out this app. All I want is a simple option: enter my license plate number and pay for the toll. Instead, to register my car, I’m required to go through multiple steps on a Polish government website—entering IDs, data, verifications, and other unclear requirements that are overly complicated and confusing. Because of this, I’ve decided to remove the app.
