The sellers are fine but the app and website aren't great. customer service and support is non existent, basically. they hold you liable when stuff goes wrong, even when it was their fault.to keep it short. they had cancelled one of my orders and then restricted the account, for chargeback. i used my credit card, and it clearly states it went through and I trying to understand what happened but they don't even message you back. If you are going to cancel it then give me a refund.

Fiverr is easy to use and I've worked with some excellent freelancers. My main complaint is the tipping system. After a project is completed, customers can leave a tip, but Fiverr adds additional fees to the transaction. If I choose to tip a freelancer, I would prefer the full tip to benefit the freelancer rather than generating extra platform fees. Otherwise, my experience has been positive.

I clicked the option to give my artist a $20 tip, and it automatically changed it to a $15 tip on the checkout screen. I completed checkout without noticing. This is not the first time the app has changed my tip amount. (And unrelated to the app... on the mobile site, the customer service icon is placed right in front of the "next" button which prevents me from reviewing my artist on the mobile site.)

Contact support does not work. it just sits on the "this window will close in 5 seconds" screen indefinitely. Notifications do not work regardless of which permissions you allow and what you turn on in the app so be prepared to check daily because they absolutely will not notify you if you get a message, yet they WILL publish your response time. They'll pause you gigs without warning. They make it as difficult as possible to run a business, yet are one of the more popular options.
