Gaspy - Fuel Prices

I only use it for simply checking the prices of gas stations in the area, but it has helped me saved a lot multiple times. And I appreciate the monthly newsletters. I find the app easy to navigate, and works when I'm on the move. I have not had suggestions to subscribe, or found things hard to access without paying. The ads are easy to skip quickly, and not constant.

I find the app realy helpful in learning about price patterns. My only reservation is in updating the prices. There appear to be people who are able to constantly update prices over weeks and months accumulating thousands of points each week. They seem to be able to turn up when the price has changed somehow and monopolise most of the pumps in my area.

does what it says on the package. almost always accurate. the only time it might not be is in isolated rural areas where locals only have one option so prices may not be confirmed or reported at next price change.

I check the Gaspy app every time before I fill up. It has saved me a lot over the 4 years that I've used it. The app has a feature which allows you to set the distance for each gas station, which I found useful on a long trip. Gaspy is very usefu, easy to use, l highly recommended it.

Gaspy - Don't leave home without it. Every Kiwi should have this app. Very useful and will save you hundreds, if not thousands over the long run, and best bit, its free 😁
