It's truly a mixed bag. The watch works; the app works, but they don't talk to each other properly. The Bluetooth connection is on, but it says "Problem Connecting", and tells me to shut off the watch. I turn it back on and still the problem persists. I receive random texts, but not all. The Bluetooth says the battery is always 100%, but it's not. There seems to be no answer on how to fix this.

The phone doesn't detect a different time zone, even with the Bluetooth on. I was travelling from US to Japan, and the watch remains at US time when I arrive Japan, for hours. I turned on the BT on both devices, that didn't work. I reset the phone and the watch was stuck on the reset screen for hours. Finally when it went back to normal screen, it showed a different interface, and a different time zone, not US, not Japan, I don't know what??? Bought this from Amazon and its Trash!

Text messages don't work, it's a great watch. It has the little divots that go into the holes of the band to keep from sliding which is great. Phone calls are very clear. Can customize the watch face. Randomly disconnects from Bluetooth. Is water resistant. I have reset it several times I turned it off turned the Bluetooth off turned the device off deleted the app and I'm still getting nowhere when it comes to the notifications.

For the price of the smartwatch it's not all bad, as the saying goes you get what you pay for. I was looking for something to count my steps and monitor my BP and it does that. The sleep monitor is way off about what time I go to sleep and awaken. Giving it only 3 stars because of all the permissions the app requires. I do like the slim design and the attractiveness of the watch.

Glitchy and unreliable This app is required for my new smart watch, but it doesn't allow sync up with most of my currently used apps. I have no idea where it's sourcing things like the weather and it barely even registers messaging (if at all). Beyond this, the sleep data is worthless bc it prejudges what your sleep cycle is and erases the earlier data entirely if you have a bit of insomnia in the middle of the night. Overall, not user-friendly. Unreliable for anything beyond heart monitor watc
