Nickname your shipments and sign up for text and email alerts to notify you of the delivery status. • Calculate a Domestic or International Price to determine how much postage you will need when you ship a letter, card, large envelope, or package (limitations apply). Choose retail or online pricing, add any extra services you need, and view the total, too. • Find USPS® Locations when you need to get to a Post Office™, Self-Service Kiosk (APC®) or collection box with an easy-to-filter locator. Very slow and doesn't propagate all your tracking right away, and some features like "informed delivery" still takes you to web browser. It doesn't stay within the app so you can make more specific changes like to account info, or to specific tracking number, or even file a dispute or make a complaint about a courier not following delivery instructions like you can with Amazon. Those changes can only be done via web version which negates the whole purpose of even using this app. Do better!

The old version was much better and much more accurate. The new version, often, if you add a tracking number, the new version will add the same tracking number again so then you see a double in the app. other times the app doesn't add the tracking number so you need to manually. Also, the emails we now get about it often domt state some packages being delivered today in the daily email even though it states, they are in the app. also, it would be nice if you start posting a picture of a pkgs

Been using this app for several months now, and I like it as I can screen my mail so I don't have to go out every single day, but only when "important" mail, such as the dreaded monthly bills that we all get that we'd like to put in the circular file, but can't 😄, and family correspondence, to name a few. I can even tell when I have packages coming as well. The app allows you to purchase stamps and other items as well.

Having a side hustle of buying and selling sports cards boxes, I have so many income and outgoing products at all times, and this App is a lifesaver, along with UPS & FedEx apps as well. I always know where my purchases are, and get alerted via App (& I choose sms text as well) when a product has been delivered in the mail box! Sturdy app, never crashes, always up to date! love it. 10/10 PS: Informed Delivery is free to sign up for and a lifesaver!

There's definitely some convenient tools though. The ability to stop mail, change your address, buy stamps, find zip codes and check prices. But, whenever I go to add a tracking number, I have to wait several seconds or it won't populate if I submit it. Speaking of submitting, when you go to enter a number on the landing page, you have to use the enter button to submit it. The submit button on screen doesn't work. The area to add tracking numbers on the tracking page, doesn't work at all.
