Buggy app. If I'm late, this app is usually the reason. Takes forever to load anything, and whenever the fingerprint doesn't register, instead of just letting me log in with my PIN, it makes me enter my login information manually AND request an authentication code, as though I have all the time in the world for that when I'm trying to clock back in from a break..... So annoying.

It's been over a month since I've been able to access this app. They did a "major update" that "requires a password reset" and will not under any circumstances let me login or update my password. I can't use it to clock in, check my schedule, request time off or anything else, but somehow still get notifications of people asking for shift coverage, punch exceptions, and schedule updates. FIX THE DAMN APP! IT'S BEEN LONG ENOUGH! 🙄

This is literally the worst scheduling app I have ever used in my life. I receive notifications for every little thing done. It is a painstaking process to change my availability when I put in my second job's schedule. The AI assistant is absolutely useless. I have searched the app and the browser version and cannot find any way to sync to my Google calendar though it swears the option is there. 0/10.

This is the worst app for clocking in and out. It has the option for facial and passcode logins but then needs your password and then authentication. If I use my passcode, I shouldn't need all that extra verification. Since the update, it takes at least 2 minutes to punch in or out. Ridiculous!!! I have to use it because of my employer. Absolutely horrible!! If any employers are looking for a payroll app get Paylocity.

Worst app I've ever used. Within months of switching over it is completely useless and will not even let me log in. I went from being able to see my schedule in a user friendly manner on the old app, to a difficult to read schedule on the new app, to it crashing and being fully unable to track my hours worked, schedule, or insurance info unless I am at work on the work computer that everyone else needs. Absolutely atrocious and unusable app. Kill it with fire.
