Really difficult to re-add a grill (575 Pro) that was previously on my account for 2yrs, but router has changed and now it is extremely difficult to connect. Too cumbersome in linking the device to the phone, then to the router, and then it gets hung up for over an hour. App woukdn't even recognize the QR code or the manual entry. It really sucked when the App wouldn't recognize the bar cor manually entered serial number. Traeger needs to fix this. This will be the last Traeger for me.

Can't get it to add my new smoker to save my life, have been through tutorials, the help (online), reset the smoker multiple times, clearing everything in app and via smoker settings. Can get connected and confirmed, then can't name smoker or add it to my "grill" option. It ever shows up, it simply doesn't work. I even got an 25' Ethernet chord so the router was 2 ft away outside. No dice. if you're going to offer a feature, do better, Treager.

I've been using this for a few weeks and so far it has been perfect. no problems connecting, unlike that pitboss garbage I'm fortunately no longer using. this doesn't hassle for location, which is awesome. if it doesn't stay connected, it reconnects almost immediately when opened. aesthetically just fine, no real complaints yet. set up was an absolute breeze. even the firmware upgrade on the grill was reasonably quick. no ghost notifications in the middle of the night, either. cheers

As far as the actual functionality of the smoker itself, it's great... Food comes out perfect every time.No doubt , i bought the woodridge model , and the digital display went out after only three months , called customer service.They want you to go through all these steps to reset it, before they will send you a new unit which you have to install yourself. It's not even a year a year old, and I can't even use the digital display. If anything ever goes wrong with the internet, you're out of luck

Work perfectly fine, when I first got it. Second season, absolute trash. will not connect to the Wi-Fi, no matter what I do. Manually, using the qr code, it doesn't matter. It's one of those typical modern day products that works good at first and then prematurely stops working and breaks down. I'm giving it 2 stars because it worked fine last year but it's actually a one star this year. The probe is now absolutely useless. It WILL NOT CONNECT TO THE WI-FI.
