Freddy’s

current display issues with Google Pixel 9a that make it impossible to click on my bag and actually place the order. Also, when it gives you a popup for "are you enjoying the app?" if you click "no" and go to give feedback it makes you jump through a bunch of hoops and put in your email (and then verify your email with a code?!?) and phone number, which is very silly and frustrating. Why can't I just give feedback and then leave? Also, Android phones still can't use the back button.

Absolutely terrible app experience. The app said a product wasn't available at our local restaurant, but I was able to go in and order it. We also had issues with going "back" a step because the app would outright close instead of backing out from the product that was allegedly "not available" at our location. I had to open the app multiple times, and every time I did, I nearly chose to go to a completely different restaurant instead. Freddy's is not worth the headache, or the price per portion.

Freddy's devs - this app is broken. Unable to login anymore. Keeps looping back to login screen. Changing password has no effect. I can still use those credentials on the website. While you're busy fixing your broke app, give an option to pick-up at the drive thru. Carryout is confusing and why would I want to go inside to get my order from a rack when there's a perfectly good drive thru available? Why? I'm tossing this app out from my storage space. Maybe I'll try it again another time.

As much as I like Freddy's food, this is one of the most frustrating apps I've ever used that still functions. Pressing the back button on the phone exits the app, even if you're browsing an item. You can't view prices until you start an order at a location, but you can't do that until you try to add an item to your bag. The in-app feedback form serves only to frustrate people into leaving, and the fact that these issues have existed for years tells me they have no interest in fixing them.

Love the app, although the app no longer likes my phone. I can no longer login, as soon as I try to enter email and password the screen go black and shows no characters. I can't loose all the points I've built up. Is it my older phone (Samsung Galaxy S10) or the update that has bugs? Got any suggestions? Besides the obvious one "get a new phone" it still works fine. Love the convince of ordering from my phone and accumulating points.
