what a piece of software and service. I'm on Android, iPhone & Windows. getting 404 not found errors on my task in addition to not being able to see details of my task anymore. Instead of getting app notifications, which are enabled and supposedly working, I get text notifications. I'm trying to reschedule because guy didn't show up, it's not letting me choose a week from now. can't edit it. what a horribly programmed piece of service....

The app and system is so annoying it's almost not worth the hassle. Every time you go to the website it asks to download the app. When I go to the app to do something, it texts me and emails me twice every single time there's a message or a change or whatever as opposed to one simple push notification). When I click on the link to message in the texts, it redirects me back to the website. Then I have to close it and manually open the app, and the cycle starts all over again.

Very frustrating experience. The app added a “Trust & Support Fee” of over $50—about 33% of the service cost—which was not clearly disclosed when booking. When I contacted support, the first representative hung up on me. The second repeatedly talked over me and refused to escalate the issue. The tasker did great work, but the platform’s fees and customer support were unprofessional. I won’t be using this app again.

Terrible Customer support. Can't reach anyone on the phone, email response time is for-ever! If there's ever a problem with your Tasker not showing, too slow, inept or damaged your property, you're better turning to the devil for help. Even their chat-box is absolut rubbish! I gave one-star because I couldn't give minus-75.

I would give this zero stars if I could. The app literally doesn't work if you're trying to become a tasker. Once you create an account and tap on "Become a Tasker" in the profile section, it sends you to their website asking you to download the app that you already installed. Don't bother wasting your time unless they acually fix this issue.
