The app has worked great for me, and I like the discounts. The ease of paying from my phone, not having to get out a card at the pump is great. My biggest frustration is with the gas stations, while the app is awesome, the stations are usually (like 90% of the time) the most dirty, disgusting, run-down stations along my route, with very few exceptions. (Especially I-20/I-40). I feel way more comfortable going to a QT or Maverick, they're always clean, neat, and well-kept with friendly staff.

fantastic to work with, very easy to use. and I still haven't found places to purchase in store. A lot of the places I go are affiliated. even though they're Chevron pumps, they're not Chevron stores which I don't understand. but the app works fantastic and I save a lot of money off the discounts

Really easy to use app that not only gives you discounts on items inside the store but makes it possible for you to pay with your phone while pumping gas and never having to talk to another human. do everything yourself at your car. it's also super easy to rack up some really good discounts which actually makes Chevron gas affordable. five stars and this is coming from someone who hates having to install apps to get a discount. sometimes it's just worth it and this is one of those times!

my egift card keeps getting declined, even though i have a balance of $150. their support team doesn't offer any help. thanks for the reply. It's been 3 days, and I haven't heard anything from support. another reviewer mentions not being able to use a gift card. i say use the Shell app instead. Their gift card actually works. EDIT i recently tried, and again, the same error still exists. i started a new case with support and haven't heard back. It's been 4 days. now, its been 6 days

Only works half the time. The first time I tried it, it wouldn't with, wouldn't show up on the pump, and wouldn't let me even apply the current purchase to rewards points. I complained to customer service as and they wouldn't do anything about it. It worked fine the next two times, then this time it wouldn't work again, just froze on the last step.
