App and website have quit functioning all together. Can't find stores nearby to order from so we can't do mobile orders. I'm lucky if I'm able to reload my card on the website and pull up the barcode on the app. the website won't show the barcode, the app won't let you reload. This is ridiculous. How can something that used to work so well suddenly go to trash and STAY that way for so many months? I don't even know what my balance is half the time because that hasn't updated in 7 months.

Very frequently the app will freeze up and not allow me to select a store, therefore I can't order. I literally never have the time to sit in line or stand around the store for 10 mins, so I am tired of depending on Starbucks for my breakfast/coffee since there are so many times I can't place a mobile order. Also, new/seasonal sauces and syrups take too long to become available on customization menus.

The latest update of this app is awful. I am not able to find the same, simple items I've ordered in the past. I just wanted to order an iced cold brew coffee and the only items shown in the app were expensive sweetened drinks like s'mores cold brew and vanilla cream cold brew. Even when I clicked "show more" still wasn't there. This feels like Starbucks is trying to trick people into ordering more expensive items and frankly makes me not want to go to their stores at all, mobile app or not.

Waaaaaaay too many notifications. Supposed to get "about 1 per day", more like one every half hour. And there's no separation from getting notifications about promos and your order status. It's either they blow up my phone, or I have to guess when my order is ready. Who's idea was it to annoy the customers away? They lied on their resume about their marketing skills.

I have been using Starbucks app for at least 4 years and Never had any problems adding funds to the app. Very simple when you save your card in app, then all you do is choose how much you want to add. Menu is easy if you know what your looking for. I was surprised to seea lot of negative comments. I also travel many states and it shows you the nearest location.. Just fyi
