Twice I've ordered replacement cards. The first one never arrived, the second may be coming on a slow boat from China. It may be lost in space, IDK. I've paid a couple of bills and applied for reimbursement, definitely a waiting game with absolutely no concern from CVS. I applied on 06/12/26 today is 06/18/26 the label was just created. None of this makes any sense, they were able to deduct the funds within a day, why then would it take so much additional time to write a check and get it movin

Took a while for me to successfully create/log into my account because of a letter missing from my name. Once I finally figured out how to connect with support, they got it fixed and I was able to use the app. It is very simple to shop available products and it shows the balance and remainder as you shop which is very helpful. I just wish it offered more products (arch support, lymphatic massage/dry brushing, red light therapy, and maybe some tinted or light filtering glasses.)

I liked the app better before the update. It was easier to search items before. I would prefer to be able to use my rewards at other stores, like Walmart, online as well. Shopping in store for me is difficult due to breathing issues. Please make the cards usable online other than the app. The prices on the app are higher than in store and I need to stretch every dollar.

The sorting feature is pretty good overall Search function didn't find similar items. For instance waterproof pad would not come up, but waterproof sheet protector did. There needs to be a "save for future"or wish list button function for each item in case you may want to get it in a future order but can't include it in the current order. There should be a button for "quick reorder" or "favorite"on items that you frequently get.

I didn't know about the extra benefits such as when I get a physical, immunizations, and tests like colonoscopy until I opened this app and was looking around. I saw that area and immediately called Aetna to learn about it! I have been with Aetna at least 5 years or more, but I never got this app. So I missed out on extra benefits in addition to getting the over-the-counter discount options of $75 quarterly. By-the-way, the extra stuff expires at the end of the current year, not quarterly
