Please do not expect long term work, frequent work, and decent pay. If that's what you're looking for, other delivery companies would be a better option. Shipt is not forgiving. Customer Service sucks, and they cancel your orders without explanation. I just traveled 45 min for a shop, and they pulled the order as I was arriving for no apparent reason. It happens all the time. Such a waste of time and fuel. Get a few bucks and get out!

I actually really liked this app to start with. it's better than others on showing exactly what you would be shopping for and where it would be delivered. However, my on-time slipped below 90% (due to multiple factors such as additional requests from customers) and I got an email telling me that it was below 90% and that I could do a course to increase my score. Less than 24 hours later, they deactivated my account. I have high customer ratings, have been requested as a preferred shopper by many

Way better than Uber eats or Doorsash! the orders are higher pay and consistent. you don't have to be in the area to get an offer. Just set your schedule and they come to you. The only thing is, they sometimes will send you far away to deliver and the milage ends up not being worth it. It's ok if you don't mind the travel the tips are definitely better with the further out you travel . Other than that I highly recommend for a side hustle!!

The app has a few issues after the last updates. Certain color combinations of UPC will not scan at all. The scanner isn't able to see them. also, Why do you like customers "like" pictures we share in chat of you're not going to let US see what pictures they are liking? Seems the intention is to share product pictures in chat and have them select. Would be nice if we actually could use it this way..

New, usually different set of problems every update. Updates keep slowing the process as a whole, efficiency keeps going down a little at a time. Message system still has too many issues. Support is hit or miss. All the other usual glitches; lagging, loading, scaning, and so forth. Had the same issues on many phones. Have had a similar reveiw update every other year.
