It's a decent way to make extra money but not viable for a sole supporting income. Updating my review because they've made some improvements to the app. The support process actually nets a support ticket/resolution, instead of the circle perk ai bot that dead ended that it used to be. I originally used a lower end Samsung A26 and my God it was the slowest app ever. I upgraded my phone to a galaxy s26 ultra and it takes a third of the time to complete my checklists. Your device matters.

The app is legit but it's frustrating to use. What the app doesn't say is that your first shift is actually going to be a training course. It wouldn't be a big issue if there were actual shifts to book afterward! After two days, I was finally able to book a shift, only to be told that I had to complete a background. I went ahead to submit my info, but when I hit back to hide the keyboard, it took me all the way to the homepage. Now my background is "incomplete" and I am unable to update it.

Picked up a product testing gig where they take all of your electronics upon arrival so as not to interfere with the testing technology. Because I was unable to respond to notifications sent by shiftsmart (since the client had my phone and smart watch), I was marked as a no-show. After completing the testing, I was given back all of my technology and saw the notifications. I immediately opened a support ticket. It's been 6 days. I've reached out twice and have yet to receive a response or paymen

I had the new update . it should be a tab for the reviews not it popping up as soon as I open the app. it's slows do the more you use the app . it starts glitching when your doing your work. and it never picks up on time when I've arrived at my shift. it takes about two minutes to even get started . and let's not talk about the pay and what managers want you to do extra. I'm not getting paid to do extra. cooking is what I booked cooking is what I'm going to do not stock.

the app is good if you want to pick up work in any area however I find that it is slower than apps that I have on my phone. for instance it takes about 40 minutes just to upload 6 to 10 photos. and the scanning of the items it can lag. I was checking to see if it needed updates everything went fine it is a good way to get paid. sometimes I'll be in the parking lot waiting for a good 20 minutes for it to open up to the main screen so in total I spend about an hour it's frustrating but it's money
