made improvements for sure. lately it hasn't been good. I used to love the app and driving for roadie. I contaxted driver feedback. USELESS. the app keeps glitching. I was at locations and close and the amounts of an order kept going up instead of being accepted. that was AFTER I was notified I was removed from a gig for inactivity. one that never prompted a start gig and was just added to my queue like many piggy backed ones do. Last week the same thing happened. more....

Had the app for over 2 weeks now and I'm sick of it. Submitted AT LEAST +30 gigs just to be told "sorry we have decided to select another offer" every single time. I've been on every single day and still haven't gotten my first gig regardless that I have all certifications, descriptions, and a profile made to look as professional as possible. Why set it up like this? What's point if I can't get my foot in the door because they only want the most "experienced" people? False hopes & waste of time!

App is frustrating. We have issues & can't get support. You keep emailing support which takes days to weeks IF they respond. Emergency or app issues don't matter there won't be any response. The app freezes and kicks you out the gps while driving so it's dangerous to keep trying to make it work. It doesn't always submit items so I've had to drive several hours in the dark back to homes to get scan unpaid for FREE. Long waits in sketchy places then can't cancel after wait time.

suddenly I get accepted for an order but it doesn't tell me that I'm accepted but it keeps sending me notifications that I need to start the order soon or be removed for inactivity. customer service is an absolute joke I've been waiting over an hour for a response. I have been removed twice for gigs I didn't even know I was accepted for. I normally don't have any issues with this app. but the day before yesterday and it started being real glitchy it is updated

It pays but when it wants. It's dumb they don't offer a payout every two weeks for gas, supposedly it's included when you accept the offer (the mileage) which is odd. makes it seem like it's high paying gigs but your mileage is included there. they don't account for traffic. I got 30 bucks for 10 hours of active time. multiple long days only added up to that? get real. idk how they are doing it, but they make mad money off orders and pay 8 bucks to drop off. I seen $200+ order from home depot
