The only thing this app needs to do is show you your barcode, which you can only get by *tapping on* a panel that tells you to *swipe right*. The app also contains references to "ordering ahead", which isn't even possible because the app doesn't do anything else except link to the menu on the website. Confusing and intuitive.

It doesn't work. You can't sign up, log in or use Google to log in. When you press skip it takes you to a screen and you can choose to either share and review the app or sign in... I'd have liked to see whether there's an itsu near me and I have a few vouchers to use in app and yeah.. don't waste your time.. buy their frozen range though the vegan gyoza slaps

It's not clear when the app has been scanned so I'm never confident if it recorded the visit or not. Today I forgot my phone at home so I took the receipt to add the purchase to the app later... But that's not an option. I miss physical cards because it meant I could consolidate the stamp at a future visit or I could start a new card to use later.

Terrible... I've never had an easy experience yet, either when using the app or just shopping here. Student discount is never accepted at order points, despite being advertised, and a member of staff always needs to be called over, delaying the ordering process. I've also never received any of the mentioned gifts within the app, despite now having 6 butterflies.

Pretty useless app. After Itsu invalidated all old loyalty cards, it replaced them with an app that doesn't work in store. You need to specifically request using it as loyalty card before you order, and cannot use the faster self checkout and order-kiosks. So choose between long queues with loyalty points or shorter queue without points. Talking about client service...
