Parkdean Resorts - Order & Pay

Even though you can select a particular resort as a favourite, none of the offers shown on the app are site specific. Therefore, you may think that certain meal offers or activities exist but chances are that they don't, which would be very disappointing for kids. Also, as there was no wifi signal at the resort where I stayed, the app was next to useless anyhow.

Booked a holiday and downloaded the app. On opening, it jumps straight to the map showing the parks but with no access to a menu to gain access to my booking etc! How can I manage my booking/on site activities etc if all I get is the map and booking screen!? Clicking back from this takes me straight to the app drawer on my phone but there's no back or menu button on the app's map! Edit: I can't put here in enough words how I'm finding the app, needless to say it's rubbish!

Great holiday to park, kids enjoyed it food was a bit hit or miss and the drinks especially cocktails were hit or miss depending on who could make them. I appreciate it was week after bank holiday and half term but it is summer 🌞 😃

Ordering is easy and follows the paper menu well, easy to navigate. Payment card scan is a nice touch. 2 bugs which need addressing straight away. 1 - kids meals have an optional fruit shoot which you are forced to buy, not cool. 2 - Scampi and chips has optional side which you are forced to buy, not cool. Would have given this 4 stars but given the way in which it forces you to buy stuff is so wrong and most probably breaking some part of consumer protection rules.

This is a ridiculous, long winded and flawed way to place an order. Came on holiday with my parents and had to read the menu to them each time. Often encountered 'unexpected response, refer to staff', resulting in me ordering at the till. This also highlighted that the price charged at the till was regularly different to the price in the app. Organizing meals and when we want things to come or any particular deviation from order is not accommodated in this app. Really poor idea.
