I like how easy it is to order the over the counter meds,etc & it has gotten much better than it used to be BUT I wished they carried more brand name items & more items period for those that cannot get to stores themselves. The grocery items is AWFUL! It used to be that we could order online at some grocery stores but since thats changed I don't use my grocery card like I used to. Kind of a waste to have this benefit again when you're not able to get to stores yourself.

The app is fine, except for the product code scanner: The scanning window is ridiculously small, and half the time, it won't read a code worth a damn! After my benefits posted on DEC 1st, the scanner showed PRODUCT NOT ELIGIBLE for every item I tried it on, even milk, whether at Walmart or Kroger! It was two days before techs repaired it! I'm a senior on a fixed income and couldn't trust the scanner enough to head for the checkout with groceries, using my benefits!

Does not recognize product sometimes. scanning takes forever. There are Moments when it scans quickly.More often than not, if you enter upc code or scan, does Takes for ever. If it scans at all. Just disappointed in app. That offer the program, but can't make it consistently well. In my opinion. About all they tell you is, delete the app ,reinstall.

Trying to order groceries with this app is an awful experience, scrolling through thousands of items forever. We can't order the simplest things, like drinking water or macaroni and cheese. The items aren't there after a search. Health and Wellness items are charged on our grocery allotment, and not to our Health and Wellness allotment. Horrible app. I'll just go in to the store, or send my son. Won't be using the app again except to check my balance.

Great app and customer service. I love it. Again everything was just great when I spoke to someone on the phone. I couldn't get into the app so I signed in on my browser. For some reason it's not working on the app and I don't understand why. no matter which member number I put from the insurance card or from the benefits card, it won't take them with the password I know I put on the browser. otherwise everything is okay, but could be better if this works
