Murphy Drive Rewards

This used to be a pretty good app, especially to find a nearby Murphy's gas station. I do not know what has happened, but it shows me locations that are not even near to where I live at. when I do manage to locate a store near where I live, the gas price on the app is usually shown lower than it actually is. The Gas Buddy app works better also when I use the Rev Up feature, it usually only gives you 1 or 2 points. It used to give you 15 to 25 points. Not any more though.

Updating my review. i started using Murphy Drive Rewards shortly after it began in 2018. and since then, I have racked up lots of points, purchasing items and getting fuel from there. I have saved on gas by using those points. Rev Up button that you can push once a week has increased in pts over the years. I gave 4 out of 5 stars this time. Because the "EARN" button on the app never lights up for me to click on it. Is it just mine, or does anyone else have this issue.

I usually love the app, but for that last two weeks I'm unable to login to the app. They send me the code to my cell but then keeps erroring. Now if I login with my email I go straight in, but I have no points when I should have over 100. I even uninstalled and tried again, now server is too busy. Very frustrating.

This app is horrible!I have been trying to verify my age for 2 weeks. (I am 54).The app wouldn't let me do it, continually said I had to call the 800#, which I have done about 100 times. Nobody ever answers. You stay on hold forever. I have emailed for help, no response whatsoever. The clerk in the store said that she can't help. Apparently good customer service is not important to them. it is to me! It definitely speaks volumes! FiveStar goes above and beyond to help with any issues you have.

I've tried to "complete" registration via my phones and computer to no avail. I've racked up points that I cant use. Latest update says October 2025; however, the app is still inaccessible which is suspect. Smells like a scam and they don't really want consumers to benefit from the program. Latest issues witb entering your phone number at the pump to collect your points.
