its ok as an ordering app goes. one big problem is its not easy to know when to select the pickup option (drive thru/table etc) and if you accidentally miss it there is no way to go back and change it. My biggest irk at the moment is that all of the offers for months are delivery only. Why omit your customers who are wanting to eat in. Today I had an offer on the main screen yet when it takes you to the offer page its nowhere to be seen.

Nowhere on the menu in the app do you explain any of the menu items. What's the Philly Stack? What's the Big Arch -- why is it different from the Big Mac and why should I buy it? Your default assumption is that everyone knows everything about your entire menu. Most of us don't work at McDonald's so aren't intimately familiar with your menu. Even being helpful isn't your forte, a bit of "Mc-help" to explain your menu items should be very easy.

App doesn't load 90% of the time. Stays on the white page with the M and even after closing the app down and opening it again, it still doesn't load. Forcing a close doesn't work either. Then when you uninstall the app and try logging in, it doesn't work either. Also finding that there are no couriers available on the app so I have to switch to pickup if I want anything, however, I can go onto just eat and they're able to send out a delivery. But then if you do that, you're losing out on points.

Asper all other latest reviews. Everyone is saying the same but the app has not been fixed!!!!Unfortunately the app is very hit or miss. Sometimes works great and jo problems at all but if say more often it's just hangs up. Screen goes white and then instead of picking up at drive thru or collect point you end up having to go into McDonald's and ordering at one of the kiosks. It's been doing this for months and even if you download the latest app it still does it. All friends have said the same.

Used to be a fantastic app but recently my orders get stuck saying confirming order, I leave it for 10 mins then have to force close the app in the hopes I can reorder. It's also changed my store location after I check out multiple times! Sometimes says items aren't available when they're in my basket but doesn't tell me what items it is. When I go in store to order instead all items I tried to order are available. Not sure what's changed but I hope it's fixed quickly!
