Go365 Humana Healthy Horizons

Was excited about this new app and program. Had my account ready to cash out at almost $150 for completing everything it asked for. Was simple and easy to earn and automatically added when you completed things like screenings and visits. But......when I was ready to cash out all my information was deleted and my money to cash out was back to $0. Was really looking forward to using the gift cards for emergency situations.

Currently it gets 1 star because the app doesn't work. When I first downloaded this well over a year ago it was great; redeeming rewards took like 15 minutes and the app moved smoothly. For the last several months everytime I log on the home screen says there is an error loading the page. Can't access my rewards, can't look to see if I even have any. Its been this way for months. Today was my next attempt at opening it and it's the same problem. Of course theres no website either. Useless.

If there's an app problem that won't upload vaccine records, it will tell you to use the app to fix it. Actual rewards aren't real rewards. The gift cards come with so many limitations on their use that they're useless on practically everything. Examples: can't be used to put gas in your car and can't be used to purchase batteries for hearing aids. It's understandable to block purchases of tobacco and alcohol, but the excessive restrictions make the rewards pointless.

This app WAS amazing, but over the past couple months it's become completely unusable! A majority of the time I can't even access the log in screen without the app totally glitching out. The few times that I have been able to log in, it says that my password is wrong (which I KNOW it isn't) and I've had to change my password for no reason! Fix the app, please!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who keeps experiencing the app not working. this is a new phone there's no reason for it to be so glitchy. it's almost impossible to log into because it keeps you jumping to the Google browser and then when it ask for a passcode it just stays on the same page. so frustrating, using the online version is easier
