App doesn't work. Fix the freaking app. It's insane you can't get a basic app like this yo work for people. I have a brand new Samsung galaxy s23 ultra and your app consistently is frozen for me. Reinstalling doesn't work. Cleaning cache and data does nothing. I'm on stable fiber optic internet. It's the app that is the problem. Don't cut corners with dev work. You need to fix this ASAP you are losing money every day this goes unfixed.

Worst, most non-intuitive app ever. Navigation is "click on stuff until you find what you want." It's basically unusable. I think it's intentional to get you to mistakenly pay for something! 🤣 People are friendly enough. Stop advertising a monthly or per pill dose when you charge by the year or the quarter. It's deceptive. Oh, and also STOP forwarding all your links through ad clicks sites! Even checking a tracking # is a click-through, sheesh!

I knew what I was looking for, only to have an unnecessarily hard time trying to switch over to it, just to eventually be told it's not available in my area and no idea when it will be. It was a frustrating and disappointing process. The "people" I messaged were nice enough but more than likely AI. When I tried an old spray product originally and wanted to cancel my prescription, it was a very difficult process and was charged a lot of money bc they kept sending me a product I didnt want.

In order to cancel a "prescription" which is called a subscription in this app, you have to go through (in my recent experience) 3 cancellation confirmations, which lead to an extremely high charge when I thought that I had cancelled the "prescription" months before it re-charged. The credit card company has decided that "The merchants cancellation/return policy was not followed."

Getting established and getting medication was quick and easy, and the medication works. BEWARE - no matter what plan you pick, you're going to be automatically charged every single month! No way to cancel, no way to pause/delay refills, no way to get a hold of anyone. BEWARE. I had to change my payment method to a dead card, then cancel my main debit card and order a new one, to avoid being charged again. I'd give zero stars just for that if I could.
