#1. App is very glitchy starting up, but once it finally opens up it appears to work fine. Although I have never gotten any further than booking a block and then removing myself from that block. #2. This is the main reason why I did not continue on using this app to make extra money....you want me to drive around delivering packages in my vehicle for a 4 hour period of time and use all my gas up and all you want to offer me is $89 at best? You can't even book multiple blocks for the same area!

Support advised to exit the program and log in again to reboot the app in this way. I came out successfully, but I couldn't get in anymore, trying to find a place to write support for three hours, but I can't do it. Partially logged into your account, but the next step requires Amazon Flex in Google Authenticator. But I've never had that. It doesn't give you any other options to choose from. That's very stupid in my opinion.

BAD! The app does not open even with updates, directions are awful. I find my self using Google maps ALOT! Customer support was fine at first, but then the other day I called because of construction they proceeded to tell me my # was unverified ( its my cell # that iv had for 8+ yrs and is registered w/ amazon). He then hung up. I wouldn't do this full time or even part time, I am getting very rural routes w/ 11-14 mins between most stops! This is not worth the wear & tear on your car.

GPS fails most days. Doesn't know where you are, can't distinguish between the interstate and a frontage road, tells you to turn at an intersection and as soon as you do, it tells you to turn around and go the opposite direction, rarely allows enough time for blocks to be completed, heaven forbid you get stuck in traffic, construction or a train that is just sitting on the tracks. And when gas is $5/gal, routes are 150+ miles, pay $75 and it costs $85 to fill the tank. DO BETTER AMAZON!

very very bad as far as manipulation is concerned. you are dealing with a super narrow AI that controls the platform. once it learns your profile, you can't make money anymore it's just a balance between not falling all the way apart and trying to meet just the baseline for an income. very manipulative with the mileage and the use of your time the algorithm tends to try to exploit both.
