I've had nothing but bad experiences. Every time I've tried to redeem points, it's been a Problem. Employees don't know or understand how to redeem points in store. I also can't order through the app directly because no matter what payment method I put in, the app will always kick back an "Invalid Payment" error. Also, please add PayPal compatibility. At least, assuming that payment method will actually work.

This app completely sucks now. For the past two months whenever I try to order delivery from it the stores around me are listed as pickup only (even though they're delivery stores). It's done this for multiple people using different addresses as well. I have tried contacting online customer service but just get the runaround. All in all a very poor experience, especially considering how much Firehouse costs. Edit...in response to Firehouse's comment below. I just tried, same issue, not fixed.

Placed and order. It was processed and the app displayed the order ETA and information. About 10 minutes later the time hadn't changed. About 10 minutes after that I got an email saying the order was cancelled, only I didn't see it because the app STILL AT THIS VERY MOMENT lists the order in the works. We missed lunch because we didn't realize that it was coming to make some other plan!

The app works just as you want it to. Load it up, search the menu itmes, add item(s), waste 22 ½ minutes looking for a promo code that is always expired then pay. And wouldn't you know, after you pay, if you go to the location you chose when you ordered.... the food will be there. Like the phone communicates somehow with the specific location you choose. What will they think of next.

There are serious issues with the latest version. In shopping cart, pressing minus button on an item increments. If you hit it a few times it increments, then decrements, then eventually with more clicks it removes it. Pay button would not enable after adding valid & complete credit card information & using Google Pay with a valid, stored credit card resulted in an error, even with retries & closing & reopening the app. I had to phone in my order! Aggravating! Test your updates before release!
