Paid for parking one time and ended up subscribed to their "premium" service for $1.99 ongoing. If there was any indication in the app that I was subscribing to something it was extremely unclear or well hidden. The app is confusing and the premium service simply offers a reminder feature that should be free. I'll avoid parking in Cellopark facilities in future. Note that even though I downloaded the app from Google Play, there is no record of a subscription in my Google account.

I would rate it zero stars if I could. I only got it cos I was desperate. The ticket machines were broken, and the only way to pay was through this app. Confusing interface and upgrade to a premium without telling you how much it costs. To downgrade, you have to log in online separately, which I found out through google. Don't bother with this scam app!

I've only used the app twice so far, and my only complaint is how long it takes for the parking payment to come out of my bank! Prior to last use I read the reviews to discover that the money will be taken out at the end of the billing month, but that has come and gone and I still haven't been charged for last month's parking. Just when I think I've figured it out. Other than that it runs smoothly enough for me.

WARNING. SCAM. Update 2026: is still a scam. If you were charged the monthly premium fees, call your bank to backcharge them. This is the only way to make them feel the pain. SCAMMING App. One little click on the popup, and you will be subscribed into their "premium" account. There is no going back. There is no way for you to unsubscribe in their app! You have to login into their website to "downgrade"! I say this is full of BS! Call your bank to reverse the charge!

updating my previous 1 star review, the upgrade to premium for reminders is laughable. doesn't even tell you what the charges are, just opts you in without any info and then looks like it will charge you every month for features that should be there out of the box. have to login via web to find this very hidden and sneaky charge. lucky users are forced to use this app
