App doesn't load properly on the account section, persistently showing a technical error message. Can't access account, make payments. No automated phone payment option either so have to sit on hold for ages. Had issues for last year and called to report it many times but never resolved. Don't order from here anymore as too much hassle to pay and check balance.

When I have to change my password the app always tells me my details are incorrect, then it boots you out after five attempts. Because of a limitation on my part, I write down the password I have in the box so I don't forget it. But despite putting that same password and the email address I have just used the New Password link from, it says it's incorrect. You ring up, wait an age to speak to someone, and they are about as much use as a wet tissue.

good service when goes okay but clothing items are a now something I will never purchase from very. bought my lad some trainers via app. What i actually recieved was the most minging and dirty shoes the soles caked in mud clearly been worn before. Ive never recieved such a poor quality item in any purchase of new items. Very clearly trying to palm off old returns to customers. would not recommend clothing or footwear purchases to anyone.

Great app. I can order things, check my account and pay off my balance on Take 3 or BNPL items. Works as it should. edit: for some reason the app keeps deleting my basket and items that I have saved. I thought deleting the app and restarting would solve it. that did for a few days and now it's back to deleting the items. so silly
