Nebula

There's a bug where if you're browsing and the list of videos you're viewing us at the bottom of the screen. Whenever I try and scroll enough to read the titles of the videos, since all I can see are the thumbnail, the app jumps away from the bottom of the feed, up a row of videos or two. Forcing me to scroll back down to see what I've missed. It's an incredibly frustrating experience not being able to just scroll through a row videos without it launching somewhere else in the app.

Just not what I expected. I got this after hearing about it for years. They pricing for the service is cheaper than any other streaming service. thats being said I bought it to see a few series made by my favorite YouTubers. the problem I have is that there's very limited long for content. Most videos are under 30 Mins. As someone who loves video essays this service doesnt provide what I had been expecting (long form content)

Great concept, app is decent and I really enjoy the creators there. Sadly, one of these days I realized (through the duckduckgo app protection) that Nebula sells my data to Facebook (so far the only one that it caught). Silly me I took the user agreement for granted, and then reading it again... they say there that they do. So at the end of the day, Nebula is just YouTube with extra steps - at that point we could might as well get a YouTube subscription (I won't). I'll be cancelling it soon.

The app is fine but if your "subscription is no longer offered" it will not notify you in app. It will just tell you every video you click on cannot be played. It will not allow you to update a subscription you started on the website in the app. I updated my subscription on the website. It went through. I am still getting error notifications whenever I try to play a video. It is extremely frustrating that this is the current process for a price adjustment.

LOVE Nebula as a concept. love the content, love not having ads, love the creator freedom. the app isn't the best tho..? specifically, it refuses to show anything in my library/ says i have zero followed channels, even though the home page shows "videos from your followed channels" im sticking around because Nebula is AWESOME, but the app could definitely use some work.
