Logging in always problematic, i don't know how many times i set a quick pin so far, probably over 20, and if i don t use app for a while i have to go through it again and again, logging through email and password, setting a pin.. which is quite annoying, it leads to a browser instead the app, why should i use webpage if i have an app? Since recently it does not reflect the correct balance.. the last top up is not counted in the balance.

doesn't work at all. i tried to transfer money from this problematic bank, can't do it. tried to pay for something online, confirmed payment and nothing happened (and yes, it says "confirmed"). literally most useless app and bank I ever used, it's only for companies to show off that they gave x amount of money to employees ok, after some time and updates, still the most useless app. can't log in because website doesn't work

Disappointing.. It took me 3 days and several attempts to be able to register a MasterCard in this app as it did not accept my mobile number. I had to go to a cash machine to check my balance. Now that its activated, I still cannot do online payment... Also, the app is only kn Polish, not English version available.

Since a few days, most probably recent updates, impossible to log into an app. It keeps asking for a PIN which when entered, does not go thru and you remain hanging trying to log...then, when trying to use a password option, you get oops something went wrong...and you doomed...cant access an app, check my card balance...nothing. very disappointed, as it used to work pretty well... Update: app is still not working as desired. Keeps asking a few times for login PIN and tells me PIN wrong

As others have mentioned, impossible to pay online, the transaction appears pending but nowhere to click and approve it, also it claims the device does not have 3DS active, and at the same time it claims it is active. So? Make up your mind, my phone is not Schroedinger's Cat!
