I tried to make 2 payments (small amounts) and used colon (:) as provided in both transaction descriptions. First one went okay but the second was blocked each time, even though I force send it like 25 times within a week while trying to get unsuccessful help from CS 3 times in the mean time. I speak polish fluently (native) so language barrier wasn't an issue. I removed that colon and transfer went through, wish someone would told me that. Also there's no way to chat or message CS from the app.

Absolutely unfriendly UI. Im a legal bank client, I see a promotion of bank's new feature called "Allegro klik", they write that I can activate it, I try to activate it, they say that I cannot activate it because I'm not Polish lol. Why do you show that feature to me then... I'm very unhappy.

Blik confirmation will always fail after taking correct fingerprint if pin was not entered in a while; so I have to log in with pin first, then initiate Blik; please fix

The last update, crashed every time after start. Due to this, not possible to use bank services... android 12 mini 13.0.2.

the most recent update changed the font and it's just plain worse, also the notifications contain allegro ads or unnecessary info.
