App does not work on certain phones. When I reached out to Customer Support with my problem, including a full error log, they dismissed and first recommended to "get a different phone" and then "there will be help for the app issues at the avenue" just before the event. This is some bad customer support for a company that expects customers to solely rely on its mobile application.

App does not work, all I get is 'page not found' after opening it. I was tricked to use the app and now can't even access my tickets.

Great way to complicate entrance to the concert. Whole app idea is delusional and it makes user experience super bad, thousands of updates, activations which I already did, makes me nervous if I'm gonna be able to attend, one thing is sure, if I can buy ticket from some other ticket provider other than Eventim I know I will. PS. Also they charge additional "service" fee when I bought the tickets and now me and my friends have to download the app, share ticket and still have to enter together.

Bought tickets and cannot get them in application. It is only in polish and throws error message straight after opening that my phone is jailbreaked. Tried with different phones, same issue.

How do I get in touch with customer support service!!!! My concert is next week I have sent several e mails and not heard anything back. My tickets need to be validated before event!!!!! And the app is not working properly!!!!!
